Shawn was born in Toronto Ontario in 1966 and grew up in Southern Ontario.

He went to school in Kingston, Guelph and went to college in Ottawa and studied HVAC

He’s still involved in the industry and owns a commercial HVAC.

He lives in Calgary with his two children Riley and Lauren.

Shawn has 12 years of sobriety and through his podcast he wishes to explore and share successes with fellow peers on different ways people can find to get and stay in sobriety.

He wants to share peoples stories on where they came from as well as how their lives are now and what changes they make as they move forward on their new journey.

The podcast Addicted2 Get Connected is his passion to give back.
